Lately I’ve been checking out some of the models and Instagram celebrities rocking that double denim look and I’ve been keen to try it myself. I pull on the jeans and denim jacket but then I just feel ridiculously wrong when I look in the mirror! I’ve decided it’s not for me and I’m moving on. With my new love – the khaki slim utility jean.
The perfect pair of pants for mum duty or casual weekends. The ultimate partner to a denim jacket. Hello new love number 2. Today I’m excited to share two great pieces that can turn your casual style from drab to fab. I will even go as far as saying funky. You won’t believe the brand…..
Introducing the new Rockmans! Their new spring range is fantastic – it’s stylish, colourful, comfortable, relaxed and FUNKY!! All this and super affordable too.
Wearing Rockmans Slim Utility Jean in khaki* $59.99, Rockmans hooded denim jacket* $79.99, Sussan T-shirt, Colette Hayman necklace and Ezibuy shoes.
This denim jacket is the comfiest one I’ve ever worn. The sweater sleeves are soft and can be rolled up on a warmer day or you can tie it around your waist with ease (no bulky denim arms to tie!).
But when the weather gets cold, you’ll be totally fine when you just add the detachable hood. It fits on with four buttons and is made from the same cosy grey knitted fabric.
These utility jeans are cotton-elastane so will be great as the weeks start getting warmer. I love how well khaki goes with neutral tones as well as pastels and bright colours. They would look great with a bright yellow T-shirt in spring and if there’s one thing I like more than a striped top……it’s a neon striped top!
